Client Engagement & Consultation:

  • Offer expert advice on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Develop long-lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Property Listings & Showings:

  • Oversee property listings for sale and rent, ensuring all details are accurate and current.
  • Lead property viewings and highlight key features to potential clients.

Market Research & Insights:

  • Stay informed about local real estate trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Provide well-informed recommendations based on the latest market data and real estate conditions.
  • Serve as a mediator between buyers and sellers to negotiate favorable terms.
  • Facilitate smooth transactions by handling paperwork, legal procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Sales Targets & Reporting:

  • Strive to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor sales progress and provide regular reports to the management team.

Marketing & Promotion:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties via both digital and traditional channels.
  • Utilize social media, advertising platforms, and CRM tools to generate leads and boost sales.

Customer Support & Service:

  • Provide exceptional support to clients throughout the property transaction process.
  • Respond quickly to client inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).

Experience: Prior experience in real estate sales or property management is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market.
