We are seeking a skilled IT System Administrator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring server and network infrastructure, collaborating with others to create technical documentation and knowledge databases, liaising with vendors and managed service partners to deliver high availability services, and managing incidents, service requests, and following change management processes.

  • Cloud technology experience in Azure, O365, and other platforms.
  • Windows Server expertise, including Linux knowledge.
  • Knowledge of standard infrastructure technologies, such as virtualisation, backup, storage, and Active Directory.
  • Understanding of networking concepts, including Layer 3 Routing protocols and IPSec/SSL VPN.
  • Experience with REST APIs, VoIP, and application/server infrastructure administration.

A strong team player with excellent customer focus and a sense of ownership is required. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Job Requirements:
