We seek an experienced Finance Officer to join our organization in Karachi. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, and preparing financial reports. Key duties include:

  1. Managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
  2. Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records
  3. Analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  4. Providing financial projections and assisting in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
  5. Liaising with external auditors during annual audits
  6. Managing payroll and employee benefits
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should have a B.Com degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and 2 years of experience in finance or accounting. Essential skills include:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
