Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to drive business expansion through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and exceptional customer service.



  • Market Analysis: Identify new opportunities by monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend tailored solutions or improvements.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Plan, develop, and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Proposal Writing: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pricing strategies for potential clients.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with development, design, and marketing teams to align service offerings with client needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to increase sales and revenue.
  • Creating and delivering effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities in CRM systems.
  • Providing regular updates to management on sales performance and client engagement.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the IT/software industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, software development processes, and digital services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of market research techniques and competitive analysis.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
