Senior Quality Assurance Lead

The ideal candidate will lead the software system testing process, overseeing resources, projects, and documentation to ensure high-quality outcomes.
This leadership role involves developing departmental policies and standard operating procedures to effectively execute software quality assurance principles and responsibilities.
Responsibilities include selecting and developing people and resources necessary to perform software quality assurance functions.
Key areas of focus include:
- Ensuring adequate identification and interpretation of product requirements, such as traceability, test requirements, and usability.
- Appropriate scheduling of software quality resources/personnel to projects.
- Reviewing product design documentation to guarantee correct, unambiguous, and verifiable requirements.
To excel in this position, candidates must possess strong leadership, communication, and management skills.
A self-starter with a highly organized approach, ability to work well with all functional levels, and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.
Candidates should also demonstrate customer focus, action-oriented behavior, building team spirit, and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or information technology, or equivalent education and work experience, is required. Six to eight years of related work experience in Software Quality Assurance, with a background in real-time embedded software, is preferred.
A working knowledge of national and international standards in a regulated environment, along with experience working in Fintech, would be advantageous.
