We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for technical roles.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to lead bulk hiring strategies, collaborate with hiring managers, and utilize various sourcing channels to attract top candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong technical recruitment expertise and excellent communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring of top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Develop and execute bulk hiring strategies to meet high-volume recruitment needs.
  • Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking to source top candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and hiring best practices.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in tech startups or fast-growing companies.
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition.
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
