Senior Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst.

This role will be instrumental in supporting the organization's strategic objectives by providing high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, and planning.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist with all aspects of finance and accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Compile monthly financial statements and prepare the financial package for management.
  • Assist with cash forecasting and monitoring to ensure working capital needs are met.
  • Maintain a chart of accounts.
  • Assist with project budgeting.
  • Prepare grant reporting and filings.
  • Support senior management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.
  • Explore new avenues to increase profitability.
  • Prepare feasibilities for new projects and ventures.
  • Review company's External Investment and calculate ROI/ROIC.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial processes, and accounting principles.
  • Proficient in accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
