We are a dynamic organization looking for a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team and help us drive revenue growth by identifying, pitching, and securing new business opportunities on Upwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and target potential clients on Upwork.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine our approach on Upwork.
  • Craft compelling proposals, cover letters, and portfolios to win projects.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align strategies.
  • Maintain a high response rate, job success score, and client satisfaction on Upwork.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a BDE, Sales Executive, or Freelancer on Upwork.
  • Strong track record of winning projects on Upwork (portfolio/success metrics preferred).
  • Excellent proposal writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and tailor pitches effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with Upwork's algorithms, bidding strategies, and best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, lead tracking, and sales pipelines.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Karachi during night shifts.
