Business Process Re-Engineering Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with business areas to identify, define, and document business needs, opportunities, and objectives.
  • Interact with stakeholders and senior management team members to drive business improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct focus group sessions, process mapping, research, and data analysis to identify process issues and root causes.
  • Provide analytical and business support to project initiatives.
  • Present findings in charts, graphs, or spreadsheets.
  • Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process maps using Microsoft Visio.
  • Communicate project progress, status, and results to stakeholders.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with process improvement/Business Process Re-engineering projects and Change Management.
  • Excellent communication, research, and report writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Visio, Project, and Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Statistics, or related field.
  • At least three to five years of experience in a similar role, preferably in higher education or healthcare environments.
