Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of business development professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to generate leads and expand the client base within the gaming industry.
- Utilize various platforms including Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Foster relationships with gaming influencers, streamers, and industry leaders to enhance business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that resonate with the gaming community.
- Provide regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends to senior management.
- Conduct regular team meetings to set goals, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

Salary: Plus 100K and commission

Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development within the gaming industry, with a focus on design services.
- Strong understanding of the gaming community, platforms, and trends.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and client acquisition on platforms such as Discord, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
- Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with design processes and the ability to communicate client needs to the design team effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
