
Recruitment Lifecycle Manager

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Executive to drive our full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying top talent to onboarding new hires. As a key player in attracting and retaining employees, you will be instrumental in supporting our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess fit for the role.
- Manage the interview process, schedule interviews, and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and deliver compelling offer packages to top candidates.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing candidates.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 - 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Familiarity with Boolean search is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Proven ability to source and attract high-caliber candidates.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- A passion for building relationships and fostering a positive candidate experience.
