Job Title: Senior Software Development Professional

">Job Summary">

A senior software engineer plays a pivotal role in the development of server applications for various software platforms. They design and implement Restful APIs to be consumed by client applications, ensuring the functionality, security, and performance meet design requirements.

">Duties & Responsibilities">
  • Analyze business requirements and estimate assigned tasks
  • Write code and unit tests
  • Collaborate with other team members
  • Tune code for enhanced security and performance
  • Maintain systems by fixing existing issues
  • Update issue tracking software
  • Provide status updates
  • Communicate with clients
  • Control versions of code
  • Research new technologies
  • Upgrade skills and knowledge
">Requirements">
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-3 years of related experience in professional industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft technologies, tools, and platforms
  • Knowledge and experience of .Net Core, ASP.Net MVC, and Web API
  • Knowledge and experience of Azure and AWS
  • Understanding of security standards and compliances
  • Experience with different relational and schemaless databases
  • Creating database structure for required functionality
  • Experience with writing unit tests and ensuring minimum 90% test coverage
  • Knowledge of and experience with Github, JIRA, and other collaboration tools
  • Understanding of fundamental concepts and design principles
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies
