Training and Development Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CPD Officer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of CPD initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement CPD programs that align with organizational goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate records of CPD participation and certifications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Prepare CPD materials, coordinate events, and communicate with employees to promote continuous learning and professional development
- Monitor individual development plans and ensure that employees meet professional standards and receive the necessary development opportunities for career growth
- Analyze feedback from CPD sessions to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external CPD activities, including seminars and workshops
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- 1-3 years of experience in training, professional development, or a similar HR function
- Strong knowledge of CPD frameworks and continuous learning principles
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with LMS tools
