Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Proposal Specialist to assist in the development of proposals for various projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating proposal outlines and schedules, working closely with the Proposal Manager to ensure timely submissions. They will also be responsible for organizing proposals and related documents, sending reminders and updates to designated individuals, and ensuring compliance with RFP criteria.

In this role, you will be required to write, edit, and compile information from various sources to generate cohesive proposals. You will also be responsible for updating spreadsheets on a weekly basis, adding new bids and results, and composing bid content including executive summaries and cover letters.

You will be expected to work flexible hours from home, having a laptop/PC and reliable internet connection at home with electric backup. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and willingness to learn and grow are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create proposal outlines and schedules
  • Work with the Proposal Manager to ensure timely submissions
