Proposal Content Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Content Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and drafting high-quality, compelling business proposals and bids to support organizational growth and success.

The ideal candidate will have strong research, writing, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Research and develop proposal content, including management summaries and executive summaries
  2. Conduct market research to identify current and future trends and opportunities
  3. Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and submit business proposals as bids
  4. Address queries related to proposals and raise concerns after assessing Terms of Reference (ToRs)
  5. Manage the end-to-end bid process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to contribute to the content and presentation of proposals, including preparing management summaries
  7. Ensure proposals are compliant with business requirements and reflect best practices in structure, content, and presentation
  8. Apply APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professional) best practices to ensure high-quality, professional proposals
RequirementsQualification and Experience:
  1. A degree in English language & Literature is required
  2. At least 2 years of experience in proposal writing or a bidding department is preferred
  3. Familiarity with bidding processes and RFPs is an advantage
  4. Proven success in managing and winning competitive bids/Proposals
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  6. Familiarity with proposal management software and tools is an asset
  7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
