
Sales Development Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Director to lead our Amazon services sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LinkedIn prospecting, Upwork bidding, and email marketing strategies to attract international clients.
The Sales Development Director will be responsible for identifying potential clients through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads, cold messaging, and networking groups. They will utilize platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing sites to generate leads and secure projects.
A key aspect of this role is executing cold email campaigns, follow-ups, and nurturing prospects into long-term business relationships. Additionally, the individual will develop and implement multi-channel outreach strategies (LinkedIn, email, and cold calling) to drive conversions.

- Client Acquisition:
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads, cold messaging, and networking groups.
- Utilize platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing sites to generate leads and secure projects.
- Execute cold email campaigns, follow-ups, and nurture prospects into long-term business relationships.

- Prepare and present business proposals and sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years in business development, lead generation, or sales (preferably in Amazon services, e-commerce, or digital marketing).
- Lead Generation Expertise: Strong experience in LinkedIn prospecting (organic & paid), Upwork bidding, and email marketing.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Lemlist, etc.) and CRM platforms.
- Communication: Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable results.
- Proactive Approach: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
