Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the production process from start to finish, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • To lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve set targets and goals.
  • To develop and implement effective strategies for process improvement, quality control, and cost reduction.

Requirements:

  • Skills: Proven ability to work successfully with all levels of an organization, influencing skills, performance management skills, and technical skills related to weaving, dyeing, and stitching.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Textile Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.
