Operations Lead Job Overview:

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in scaling and optimizing services. They should be able to manage audits, enhance internal and external communications, and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Optimization: Scale and professionalize our services through process design and optimization.
  • Communication: Contribute to the creation of internal and external communications, including executive reports, presentations, analysis, strategic plans, and other ad-hoc materials.
  • Project Management: Keep projects on track day to day, solve bottlenecks, re-prioritize efforts, and analyze the impact across OKRs.
  • Customer Relations: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
  • Relationship Building: Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports that reflect audit's results and document process.
  • Audit Management: Perform and control the full audit cycle, including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 - 4 Years of Experience.
  • Skill Set: Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire sales teams.
  • Market Visit: Visit to the market with team for team training & audits purpose.
  • Auditing Skills: Ability in Auditing Contact Centre, Maintain check and balance on the team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver simple and actionable analysis.
  • Persistence: Persistent, hardworking, passionate (about sales & cars), and creative.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with marketing, finance, and other departments to enhance sales strategies.
