Job Title: Senior Product Development Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the development and management of financial products, ensuring competitive pricing and driving product growth.

About the Role:
  • Develop and enhance financial products based on market research and customer insights to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Evaluate product offerings to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement innovative features and digital banking solutions to improve customer experience.
Pricing Strategy & Budgeting:
  • Formulate competitive pricing strategies to optimize revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Analyze interest rate trends and recommend adjustments to manage product costing.
  • Prepare and maintain annual product budgets, forecasting revenue and profit growth.
Business Development & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Collaborate with sales teams and stakeholders to provide product training, sales strategies, and market insights.
  • Monitor product performance and develop key performance metrics.
  • Develop incentive structures to drive sales effectiveness.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to enhance product delivery.
Marketing & Campaign Management:
  • Partner with marketing to promote campaigns for financial products.
  • Leverage digital channels, branch networks, and partnerships for product visibility.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking to refine marketing strategies.
  • Develop incentive structures to enhance sales effectiveness.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  • Ensure all financial products comply with regulatory guidelines.
  • Assess risks related to pricing, customer retention, and market fluctuations.
  • Manage risks associated with collateral management.
