ZENCOULD IS HIRING: PRODUCT MANAGER – AI OBSERVABILITY & COST GOVERNANCE

Location: Remote (Pakistan-based preferred)

Type: Full-Time

We're looking for a Product Manager with 2+ years of experience to lead product roadmap execution, user research, and sprint coordination.

What You'll Do


• Own the product roadmap, feature specs, and sprint execution


• Conduct user interviews and prioritize features that deliver real value


• Collaborate closely with engineering and design to ship quality outcomes


• Monitor product usage, cost attribution, and key performance metrics

Requirements


• 2+ years of product management experience (SaaS, AI tools, or dev platforms)


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


• Technical understanding of APIs, cloud services, or AI infrastructure


• Business mindset with focus on ROI, product growth, and adoption

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2+ years of experience
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills


• Experience with FinOps, LLMOps, or cost attribution tools


• Familiarity with SOC2/ISO27001 or enterprise compliance standards


• Experience in fast-paced startups or high-velocity product teams
