Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled procurement specialist to join our supply chain team.

About the Role:
  • Department: Supply Chain
  • Position: Procurement Specialist
  • Location: Reko Diq Mine Site – Balochistan
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or business management
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in procurement and sourcing
Responsibilities:
  • Process RFQs for all PRs (Materials & Services) promptly, following procurement procedures and policies.
  • Evaluate PRs for completeness, collaborating with user departments as needed.
  • Prepare vendor comparison analyses and share with the procurement lead.
  • Conduct market research and evaluate new vendors, especially locally in Balochistan.
  • Register new vendors in the supplier database.
  • Create purchase orders (POs) in SAP.
  • Follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
  • Maintain and share PR and PO delivery status reports with management.
  • Coordinate actively with internal stakeholders and vendors.
