Senior Pipeline Integrity Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pipeline Integrity Expert to play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our transmission and distribution pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Policies, Procedures, and Standards: Collaborate with management to develop policies, procedures, and standards related to pipeline integrity management.
  2. Design and Analysis: Design corrosion monitoring and cathodic protection systems, including specifications, calculations, graphic and statistical analysis, power assessment, and survey data evaluation.
  3. Problem Resolution: Resolve cathodic protection and interference issues, implement system adjustments, and oversee corrective actions through corrosion personnel.
  4. Survey Management: Manage various pipeline integrity surveys, develop coating rehabilitation plans based on survey findings, and monitor the effectiveness of cathodic protection systems.
  5. System Maintenance: Maintain cathodic protection system components, perform cathodic protection testing using impressed current and sacrificial anodes on transmission and distribution networks.
  6. Survey Analysis and Pipeline Integrity: Conduct and analyze different surveys (Thickness, coating integrity, PCM, DCVG, close interval surface potential, interference), and revalidate pipeline integrity assessments to identify vulnerable sections.
  7. Reporting and Guidance: Review corrosion monitoring reports, guide corrective actions, analyze hardware data, and develop in-house repair capabilities for faulty equipment.
  8. Research and Development: Stay updated on new technologies for pipeline integrity and corrosion monitoring.
  9. Asset Management: Utilize Enterprise Asset Management System for preventive maintenance, material procurement, root cause failure analysis, and monitoring maintenance schedules.
  10. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train staff to provide corrosion control for underground infrastructure, supervise new pipeline projects, and monitor coating status during project handover.
