Renewable Energy HR Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Human Resources Specialist to join our organization. As a key player, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing human resources practices to support growth and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement Human Resources strategies aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring alignment with company vision and mission.
  2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  3. Manage recruitment and selection processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  4. Sponsor current and future business needs through human capital development, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
  5. Develop and monitor HR strategies across the organization, evaluating their effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
  6. Nurture a positive working environment, promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and diversity.
  7. Oversee performance appraisal systems, ensuring fairness and consistency in evaluations.
  8. Maintain pay plans and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  9. Assess training needs and apply training programs, ensuring employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  10. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  11. Evaluate legal compliance in human resource management, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as HR Specialist or other HR position is essential for this role.
  2. You should be a people-oriented and results-driven individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  3. Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics is required.
  4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases is necessary for this role.
  5. Leadership skills and ability to architect strategy are highly valued.
  6. Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships is crucial for success in this position.
  7. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices is required.
  8. A degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
