
Digital Learning Strategist

This is a key role for someone who can lead digital learning initiatives and develop a strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Digital Learning Strategy & Innovation: Develop and implement a forward-thinking digital learning strategy. Lead the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation.
- Digital Learning Content Development & Implementation: Oversee the design and development of engaging digital courses, e-learning content, and interactive modules. Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform traditional course content into effective digital learning experiences.
- Platform Management & Optimization: Manage and optimize digital learning platforms to ensure seamless user experience.
- Training & Faculty Support: Develop and implement training programs for faculty on best practices in online and blended learning. Provide ongoing support for faculty in course design, instructional media development, and assessment strategies.
- Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for digital learning initiatives. Analyze learning analytics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize learning experiences.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
- 5-10 years of experience in digital learning design, e-learning development, and educational technology.
