Lead Digital Learning Innovator

This is a key role for someone who can lead digital learning initiatives and develop a strategy that aligns with business goals.

  1. Digital Learning Strategy & Innovation: Develop and implement a forward-thinking digital learning strategy. Lead the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation.
  2. Digital Learning Content Development & Implementation: Oversee the design and development of engaging digital courses, e-learning content, and interactive modules. Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform traditional course content into effective digital learning experiences.
  3. Platform Management & Optimization: Manage and optimize digital learning platforms to ensure seamless user experience.
  4. Training & Faculty Support: Develop and implement training programs for faculty on best practices in online and blended learning. Provide ongoing support for faculty in course design, instructional media development, and assessment strategies.
  5. Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for digital learning initiatives. Analyze learning analytics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize learning experiences.

Requirements

  1. A Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  3. 5-10 years of experience in digital learning design, e-learning development, and educational technology.
