Learning Experience Designer
The Digital Learning Manager oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of cutting-edge digital learning initiatives. This role ensures the integration of innovative instructional design methodologies, digital tools, and emerging educational technologies to enhance the learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Innovation: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital learning strategy, leading the adoption and integration of digital learning technologies.
- Digital Learning Development & Implementation: Oversee the design and development of engaging digital courses, e-learning content, and interactive modules, collaborating with faculty members and subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Technology & Platform Management: Manage, administer, and optimize the digital learning platforms to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Training & Faculty Development: Develop and implement training programs for faculty and staff on best practices in online and blended learning, providing ongoing support in course design, instructional media development, and assessment strategies.
- Assessment & Continuous Improvement: Establish and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for digital learning initiatives, analyzing learning analytics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize learning experiences.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Digital Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, and ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively.
- 5-10 years of experience in the related field, with preference given to individuals with experience in digital learning design, e-learning development, and educational technology.
