Key Responsibilities

  • Prompt chat & email response to customers
  • Provide real-time support
  • Document each customer's question or problem as well as the resulting answer or solution
  • Email coordination with customers

Job Specification

  • Candidate must hold a graduation degree or higher
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Show flexibility and adaptability in work environment
  • Avoid conflicts by adopting a customer-centric attitude
