As a Territory Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our distribution channels. Your primary responsibility will be to manage assigned franchises, ensuring seamless communication and strong follow-up.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering on challenging projects, with end-to-end responsibility from planning to feedback. You should be able to work remotely and under supervision to enhance sales and distribution channels.

Achieving monthly KPIs such as Jazz Cash Wallet Activation, Post-paid & Prepaid Sales, Remittances, etc. is essential for this role. Increasing business penetration in assigned areas and meeting targets end-to-end are also key requirements.

In addition to sales management and channel development experience, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They should be able to develop good relations with retailers and franchise owners, ensuring territory integrity and managing infringement issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned franchises to ensure visibility of reports and strong follow-up.
  • Develop Retail & Distribution networks by engaging staff and DO.
  • Achieve KPIs related to recharge, ads, JazzCash, MBB, and retail base.
  • Ensure territory integrity and manage infringement issues.
  • Build contacts and ensure smooth work through the franchise and retail network.
