We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with senior team members to identify and manage potential risks that may impact business growth.
- Cold calling and appointment setting to prospect for new business leads.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospect clients to ensure effective lead management.
- Lead sourcing to generate new business leads and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to secure, retain, and grow existing accounts.
- Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Sales experience within a service sales industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Target-driven with a focus on results.
