Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create visually engaging content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute compelling designs for print and digital materials, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, website assets, and presentations.
  • Maintain and evolve visual identities, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate concepts into effective visual designs.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Prepare and finalize designs for print and digital production.
  • Create engaging motion graphics and animations for social media, website content, and digital advertising.
  • Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics and visual effects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and animation.
  • Work closely with marketing & other departments.
  • Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project alignment.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design and motion graphics projects.
  • Experience with social media content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
