We're seeking an Agentic Execution Lead – a hybrid of senior product thinker, client solutions architect, and project orchestrator. This role takes enterprise-grade operational challenges and delivers fully executed AI agent workflows, from discovery to deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI agent systems for clients, transforming SOPs into structured workflows, product specs, and execution plans.
  • Interface directly with client operations and product stakeholders to clarify use cases, gather technical and process requirements, and manage delivery expectations.
  • Collaborate tightly with engineers to design and ship automation-ready solutions.
  • Lead structured implementation processes, including scoping, change management, UAT, and feedback integration.
  • Anticipate risks, misalignments, and process breakdowns – solving them before they impact us.
  • Balance near-term priorities with long-term scalability.
Requirements
  • 6+ years in product, solutions, or client delivery roles – proven track record of delivering complex systems externally.
  • Experience owning B2B or enterprise software products or services; startup experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver under pressure, with limited oversight and shifting priorities.
  • Proficient with project management tools like Notion, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana.
  • Able to build basic operational forecasts using Excel, Google Sheets, or Airtable.
  • Familiarity with modern workflow tools, APIs, and AI/automation ecosystems.
