Job Description

Civil Engineering / Electric Engineering professionals with excellent analytical and communication skills are sought after to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for minimizing production costs through strategic planning and efficient accounting practices, performing cost analysis, reviewing purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts, preparing financial and technical bids, health and safety documents, and estimating costs for civil and electrical projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Minimize production cost through planning and efficient accounting.
  2. Perform cost analysis and review purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts.
  3. Prepare financial and technical bids.
  4. Prepare health and safety documents.
  5. Estimate costs for civil and electrical projects.
  6. Draft construction drawings.
  7. Design different types of construction projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or civil engineering.
  • Excellent knowledge of construction cost, financial and technical bidding, and tendering procedures.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a construction-related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and procedures, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
