Join Our Administrative Team:

We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Associate HR & Operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and record keeping.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Employee Contract Signing and Offboarding
  • Coordinating Recruitment and Hiring Processes
  • Managing Employee Performance Reviews and Feedback
  • Ensuring Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
  • Supporting Employees with Operational Needs

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • Experience in HR/Operations (Fresh to 1 Year)
  • Strong Reporting and Spreadsheet Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented

Work Details:

  • On-Site Work Schedule (Monday-Friday)
  • Timing: 10am - 7pm
