About the Role:
This is a senior administrative position requiring an experienced individual with strong leadership skills. The role involves overseeing various aspects of administration, including security, housekeeping, transport, and building maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in governmental agencies, preferably GAS, WAPDA, EOBI, Police, Law & Courts, or PESI. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Job ResponsibilitiesMain Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate various administrative tasks.
- Supervise and train junior staff members.
- Maintain high standards of security, housekeeping, and transport services.
- Oversee building maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes.
Key Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
