Academic Leadership Position: Area Education Manager

Driving Progress and Innovation

  • As a key player in the academic landscape, this role oversees the leadership and management of schools and their Principals.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Key performance areas include improving SSR, enhancing fee collection, and managing day-to-day fleet operations.
  2. Administrative duties involve overseeing Area Administrators and handling academic data management tasks.

School Outreach and Community Engagement

  • BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND FACILITATING ACCESS TO RESOURCES FOR SCHOOL NEEDS.
  • ENCOURAGING PRINCIPALS TO MAINTAIN STRONG COMMUNICATION CHANNELS WITH PARENTS AND OCCASIONALLY ATTENDING PARENT-STUDENT MEETINGS.

Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing

  • Maintaining connections with donors to support educational initiatives.
  • NURTURING A CULTURE OF COLLABORATION AMONG AREA EDUCATION MANAGERS FOR MUTUAL GROWTH AND LEARNING.

Principal and Teacher Professional Development

  • ENHANCING PRINCIPAL QUALITY THROUGH TARGETED SUPPORT AND TRAINING INITIATIVES.
  • COLLABORATING WITH HR TEAMS TO RECRUIT HIGH-CALIBER PRINCIPALS VIA ASSESSMENTS AND OTHER EVALUATION TOOLS.

Action Planning and School Revitalization

  • DESIGNING AND IMPLEMENTING TAILORED ACTION PLANS FOR UNDERPERFORMING SCHOOLS, PROMOTING SUSTAINED PROGRESS AND EXCELLENCE.

Essential Job Requirements:

  • EXEMPLARY COMMUNICATION, NEGOTIATION, PERSUASION, AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
  • STRONG COMMAND OVER ENGLISH AND URDU LANGUAGE SKILLS.
  • PROFICIENCY IN USING COMPUTERS (MS OFFICE, INTERNET, ETC.) ABILITY TO MULTITASK AND MEET DEADLINES.
  • ANALYTICAL SKILLS.
