US Shift Virtual Front Desk Role

We are seeking an Associate to join our team as a US Shift Virtual Front Desk. The ideal candidate will be able to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments for new patients.
  • Add/update new and existing patient records.
  • Coordinate with Doctors' offices in the USA regarding accurate patient information.
  • Gather patient information.
  • Identify patients' needs, and respond in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in any domain.
  • English communication (preferably North American accent).
  • Knowledge of the US healthcare industry is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
  • Available to work in US working hours (6pm to 3am PST).
