- Maintain the Reception Area
- Receive and Distribute Mail and Deliveries
- Assist with Scheduling and Meeting Rooms
- Maintain Office Supplies and Inventory
- Provide Administrative Support
- Coordinate with Other Departments
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ Year of Work Experience as a Receptionist
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional Appearance and Demeanor
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Organizational and Multitasking Abilities
- Customer Service Attitude and Team-Player Mindset
