We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing employee records and databases, coordinating recruitment processes, and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

This role requires exceptional analytical and time management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field, and at least 6 months of experience in a similar role.

  • Manage employee records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and following up with resources.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A BBA/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional analytical and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
