Key Responsibilities:

  • Fostering a culture of mutual respect, continuous learning, collaboration, and coordination, valuing every member of the school community.
Academic Responsibilities:
  • Selecting high-quality teachers through a rigorous hiring process.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive school improvement plan based on needs analysis and regular evaluation.
  • Ensuring high-quality instruction through lesson planning, classroom observations, and feedback sessions.
  • Supporting teacher growth through workshops, coaching, and regular evaluations.
  • Monitoring student performance through assessments, test papers, and progress reports.
  • Organizing and managing co-curricular activities, academic resources, and student support services.
  • Providing ongoing training and professional development for faculty members.
  • Conducting exams and assessments in a fair and timely manner.
  • Creating a positive work environment to promote teacher retention.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Establishing strong relationships with the local community to promote education and awareness about TCF schools.
  • Ensuring effective enrollment strategies are in place to maintain optimal student numbers.
  • Managing the teacher recruitment and retention process, including CV management and outreach efforts.
  • Coordinating with HR teams to ensure smooth staffing, performance management, and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining a positive and respectful school environment, encouraging character building among students and staff.
  • Managing staff leaves, attendance, and schedules to minimize disruptions.
  • Supervising the administration assistant in accounts and other areas.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and school accounts.
  • Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of school buildings and premises.
  • Managing utility services and supplies efficiently.
  • Coordinating with the supervisor on board-related matters and policies.
  • Staying informed about TCF policies and ensuring their implementation at the school level.
  • Submitting timely reports and documents as required.
