Job Title: Human Resource Operations Manager

  1. Develop and execute efficient staff recruitment procedures to meet business objectives.
  2. Promote job openings, conduct candidate interviews, and evaluate their suitability for roles.
  3. Maintain accurate attendance records and investigate instances of absenteeism.
Employee Performance and Development Activities
  1. Provide coaching and guidance on performance improvement initiatives and develop solutions to address underperformance.
  2. Implement employee engagement strategies and activities to enhance the work environment.
  3. Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees and improve overall productivity.
Human Resources Documentation and Policy Administration
  1. Establish and maintain comprehensive HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  2. Conduct research on human resources best practices and recommend improvements to existing systems.
  3. Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations in all HR-related matters.
Training and Staff Development
  1. Identify training needs and develop strategic plans to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  2. Collaborate with external experts to design and deliver workshops and training sessions.
  3. Administer employee requests for external training and development opportunities.

A successful candidate should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, experience in project management, and a strong ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires excellent organizational, time management, and teamwork abilities, as well as a commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Suitable candidates will have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
