Assistant Manager Human Resources Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager HR to support our daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and selection: Assist with posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Payroll processing and salary administration: Assist in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing and salary administration.
  • HR operations and employee engagement: Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, employee experience, and attendance management.
  • Employee records and documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • General support: Provide administrative support to the HR and Admin team, handling tasks such as filing, correspondence, and data entry.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR and office administration functions.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
