Role Description

This role will lead the team in Pakistan, providing strategic direction and leadership to manage end-to-end agent business relationships, service experience, and in-market activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales account plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners.
  • Work alongside product sales and marketing to understand and identify market trends and opportunities for student recruitment.
  • Manage a strong partner network, ensuring adherence to SLAs to improve customers' satisfaction.
  • Identify partner growth opportunities and risk profile – active management.
  • Provide high-quality product and process training to agents.
  • Assist in the development and launch of new recruitment initiatives, products, or regional strategies.
  • Monitor competitor activity enabling greater market competitor awareness and analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to support student conversion and pre-arrival success.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of the Pakistan market.
  • Strong leadership skills to lead teams in a global, matrix environment.
  • Ability to align the team with the Company's mission, vision, values, and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
