We are seeking a dynamic Overseas University Admission & Sales Counselor to join our Pakistan Regional Office team, combining student-focused counseling with strategic sales to drive growth and success.

Role Overview

We are currently looking for a passionate and results-oriented Student Recruitment Counsellor to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Regional Head, this role is key to supporting our student recruitment goals by handling inquiries, converting leads, and building long-term relationships with students, parents, and key stakeholders.

This is a target-driven, sales-focused position that demands a proactive and culturally aware professional with strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and customer service, along with a genuine enthusiasm for international university admission counselling.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed student enrollment and conversion targets through effective engagement strategies.
• Build trust-based relationships with prospective students and their families to support decision-making.
• Respond promptly to inquiries in line with established Service Agreements.
• Provide clear, accurate, and personalized advice on enrollment, scholarships, and visa processes.
• Ensure accuracy and up-to-date data entry within the student management and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to maintain a high-quality student journey.
• Coordinate with the Navetas sales team to align market outreach strategies.
• Follow lead management protocols and consistently track communications using CRM tools.

Essential Skills & Experience

• In-depth knowledge of international student recruitment processes and education pathways.
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a performance-driven sales environment with strong closing techniques.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; additional local language proficiency is a plus.
• Background in overseas admission counselling customer service with a strong student-centric approach.
• Detail-oriented, especially when handling course-specific or visa-related information.
• Comfortable working with diverse populations and capable of working both independently and within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new technologies and systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Prior experience in student counseling, international education, or related fields is highly desirable.
