Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an External Workforce Management Product Lead.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the global External Workforce Management (EWM) system, ensuring its seamless integration with existing procurement processes.

  • Lead Improvement Initiatives: Act as the senior leader and functional product owner for Beeline systems in Procurement, driving improvements and strategic alignment.
  • Strategic Alignment: Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and lead improvements for the Beeline system, supporting other Digital Product leads.
  • System Design and Delivery: Support the design, delivery, and rollout of the global EWM system and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Governance and Process Changes: Own governance and process/system changes related to EWM.

As part of this role, you will engage with stakeholders across the business to influence and align strategies. You will also provide procurement subject matter expertise on vision, delivery, and architecture design. Additionally, you will build trust and influence with IT teams and establish strong vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of EWM systems and processes. They will be able to report on change delivery and service quality, ensuring risks are controlled in line with group and business objectives.

Requirements
