About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Representative to assist our Business Development Manager in driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Strategic Partnership: Participate in the formulation of business development strategies to drive sales growth, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Customer Engagement: Prepare and present sales proposals and marketing materials to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Negotiation Support: Support business negotiations to ensure smooth contract signing, promoting a collaborative and consultative approach.

  • Skillful Communication: Demonstrate listenable skills to understand customer needs and feedback, building strong relationships.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, conducting research, collecting and analyzing industry data and competitor information.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with customers to promote sales growth, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Support team implementation and prepare sales proposals to effectively execute sales strategies.
  • Multitasking: Handle multiple projects and complete tasks within tight deadlines, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Collaboration Skills: Work closely with team members and participate in team activities, promoting a collaborative work environment.
  • Adaptability: Be open to changes and challenges, actively seeking solutions to overcome obstacles.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make informed recommendations.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and solve problems, taking effective measures to resolve issues.
  • Industry Knowledge: Possess a good understanding of the basic knowledge of the industry, including relevant regulations, product features, and service capabilities.
