About the Position

The Business Development Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the public safety sector, while also maintaining and building strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to identify and pursue new opportunities in the government sector.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and business development in the public safety industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing business plans, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
  • Familiarity with project operations in the public safety industry and knowledge of bidding processes and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the ICT industry, particularly in critical communication, command center, CCTV, and other related solutions.
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning, priority setting, and performance analysis.
