Strategic Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly ambitious individual to join our team as a Strategic Operations Manager. This role will provide an exciting opportunity to fast-track your career and make a lasting impact in the gaming industry.

This position offers direct exposure to strategic projects, mentorship from senior management, and training to equip you with in-depth business knowledge and develop a wide range of competencies. You will be working on various strategic projects to tackle key challenges and grow alongside Garena Global.

As a Strategic Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting user and market research to gain insights and identify business opportunities
  • Developing initiatives and strategies to capture these opportunities
  • Implementing marketing campaigns to realize these initiatives and gather lessons learned

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in Marketing with a deep understanding of business acumen, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Logical thinking and strong numerical skills

You must possess a passion for exploring uncharted territory, have the aptitude to learn new skills quickly, and demonstrate drive in the face of challenges.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Outstanding fresh graduates from reputable universities or young professionals with less than 5 years of experience
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams
  • A keen interest in the game industry
  • Professional proficiency in written and spoken English
