">Job Description:

The Procurement Manager will oversee the procurement of packaging materials, technical equipment, utilities, and office commodities from both national and international suppliers. This includes managing daily inventory levels, supporting procurement department activities, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.

  • Manage procurement of packaging materials, technical equipment & devices, and utilities from national and international suppliers.
  • Plan and manage purchasing strategy for equipment and supplies.
  • Maintain and update supplier information for accuracy and reliability.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
  • Conduct market research to evaluate new suppliers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Assist in preparing procurement reports and analyzing purchasing trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet procurement needs in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build vendor relationships.
  • Experience in procurement within the pharmaceutical or related industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
  • Excellent market research and analytical skills.
