Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to spearhead our procurement efforts.

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead tendering processes, negotiate contracts, and establish strategic relationships with suppliers.
  • Assess supplier quotes, create comprehensive cost breakdowns, and develop client-facing quotations that align with company metrics.
  • Oversee the complete purchase order lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and timely processing.
  • Proactively monitor and track order statuses, promptly addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Evaluate and improve procurement processes to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical prowess.
  • Demonstrable leadership capabilities, underscored by a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and handle challenging situations with poise.
