Procurement and Supply Chain Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the procurement process from tendering to order management.

  • Lead tendering processes, negotiate contracts, and establish strategic relationships with suppliers;
  • Evaluate supplier quotes, create comprehensive cost breakdowns, and develop client-facing quotations that align with company metrics;
  • Oversee the entire purchase order lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and timely processing;
  • Monitor and track order statuses, addressing any discrepancies or issues promptly;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the supplier database.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills;
  • Demonstrable leadership capabilities and a proactive approach;
  • Ability to multitask effectively and handle challenging situations with poise.
