Administrative Assistant Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere, excels in communication, and ensures smooth office operations.
The successful candidate will have prior experience of 3+ years as a receptionist or front desk officer, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software, with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
A key responsibility of the role will be to greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will also manage the front desk, ensuring a tidy and organized reception area, handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently, assist with administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and managing calendars, maintain records and files, ensuring confidentiality, and coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth office operations.
